Important Changes To EPC Regulations

• From 1st April 2018 there will be changes to Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) regulations.

• Letting of commercial properties with an EPC rating of F or G will be severely restricted.

• If your property is F or G rated, marketability will be restricted. 

• Rent Reviews of such properties will also be affected.

• If your property falls into this category or if you don't have a valid EPC then act now.
