Recent deals for Quintons include the following:-
• St Marys House, London Road, Newbury. Quintons has sold the property to local investors. The property runs as a serviced office centre as was fully let at the time of sale producing approx. £30,000 per annum. The property sold for in excess of the £550,000 guide price.
