Location

The premises are located in Hungerford, a town at the crossroads of the A4 and the A338. Junction 14 of the M4 motorway is 3 miles to the north and the town benefits from excellent lines of road communication.

Newbury is 7 miles to the east, Marlborough 10 miles to the west. Wantage lies 14 miles north, with the larger towns of Reading, Swindon and Basingstoke all within easy commuting distance.

The site is situated on the north side of Hungerford on a road specifically built for Charnham Park, which links the A4 to the B4001.

From the M4 motorway (Junction 14), proceed to Hungerford. At the A4 roundabout turn right, then at the next roundabout turn right again. You are now in Charnham Park where the property can be found at the first turning on the right.

From Newbury proceed along the A4 to Hungerford, upon reaching the roundabout follow the directions above.

The immediate area is mainly commercial with some residential and the site is a reasonable walk or short drive form the town centre.
